Le Weekend's baskets are designed by sisters Megan and Joanna and are carefully handmade using the highest quality materials. Each basket is hand-formed and handwoven by artisans in Vietnam, preserving the age-old craft of weaving.

Their Midi Picnic Basket is lightweight and versatile – the perfect basket for those on the go or when you have little ones in tow. They've designed this basket for couples in mind, and each basket contains a durable removable canvas lining with generous pockets that you can fill as you wish. This means they’re customisable, although they’re best suited for a romantic picnic of two!

The Midi Picnic Basket pairs perfectly with the Oviedo Tumblers, and the Barebones Enamel range. 

Please note that because their baskets are hand-formed and handwoven, each piece is truly unique with slight variations in colour, shape and finish, which we believe add to their beauty. While they are handcrafted items, they have been made with the highest quality materials and finishes so that you can cherish your basket for many years to come. Though every effort is made to realistically depict our products, the colour of the baskets may appear different in natural light to the photographed version.

Caring for your basket:

Basket – light sponge with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly before storing.
Lining – hand wash or gentle cold machine wash. Do not tumble dry.
