A unique cheese knife hand crafted from a recycled file (which continues through the centre of the handle as per the second picture) and a Tea Tree handle with brass pins.
Measures approx 20.5 cm in total length
Richard forges each of his knives in his backyard studio in Brompton, SA. His knives are used not only by Adelaide's best chefs but also some of some of the worlds best.
Each knife is hand forged from high carbon steel, sourced from old discarded files, saws and mower blades. High carbon steel is perfect for creating knives; it is easy to keep sharp and favoured by chefs for that reason.
Being individually hand crafted, no two knives can be exactly the same making the perfect gift to a loved one or just for yourself.
Add Wood and Metal Conditioning care by Adelaide maker Artisan's Son to care and protect your new knife for years to come.
